- Any loan officer in ACTIVE status — onboarded and producing — counts toward your tier limit. Applicants in onboarding, archived LOs, and offboarded LOs do not count.
- Is there a setup fee?
- Starter and Growth plans include a one-time $2,500 setup fee covering deployment of your dedicated instance, brand configuration, and admin training. Enterprise contracts are custom-quoted.
- Do you offer annual discounts?

- Can we self-host?
- Self-hosted deployment is available on Enterprise. We deliver a deploy package, schema migrations, and ops runbook for your infrastructure team.
